Ben 10 Ultimate Alien has a whole new take on the aliens Ben Tennyson is able to transform. In fact, it’s an all new Ultimate take! Using the power of the Ultrimatrix, sort of an updated Omnitrix, many of Ben’s original forms have since evolved into ultimate versions of themselves. We’ve seen what’s happened to Humongousaur and Cannonbolt, and here’s Ultimate Swampfire; a more wood-like form with three gooey shells containing his blue flames. Ultimate Swampfire appears a bit stouter than original Swampfire, but certainly more powerful – able to create a blue-flame nova explosion, fire bombs, shoot nova blast, blue fire tornadoes, regenerate, and still control plant life

Swampfire

Swampfire is a Methanosian from the planet Methanos. Swampfire is another plant alien with a fire-patterned head and root-like feet. He is described as a living swamp. He has superhuman strength, vast regenerative powers, the ability to control plant life through a type of flammable gas, and the ability to shoot fire from his palms, which can also be used to launch his body for flight. The fire is created by igniting methane naturally produced within his body, which causes him to constantly emit a very foul odor. He can also produce seeds that quickly grow into vines that he can control. His regenerative ability allows him to alter his own body, such as tunneling underground in vine form, growing his feet to root himself into the ground, heal the limbs of others, or passing through prison bars.

Lodestar

Lodestar is a Biosovortian from the planet Attracta . Lodestar has a floating metal head which levitates between his shoulders, which are held in place magnetically, has a crab like claws for hands just like the claws on his feet, have mainly black and yellow bodies which somewhat resemble a bee's body. He has the power to create magnetic fields, enabling him to repel, attract, emit magnetic pulses, and control metallic objects, and also use magnetism waves as attacks, he has an armored hull, very tough, but does not support an explosion, in the other hand, he can regenerate itself, and also he can make a shield and fly.

Ultimatrix

The Ultimatrix (often referred to as the Ultimate Omnitrix) is the device that the series Ben 10: Ultimate Alien centers around. Ben uses it to replace the Omnitrix, which he self-destructed in his past battle with Vilgax in order to prevent him from taking over the Universe. It resembles a gauntlet instead of the Alien Force wrist watch-style Omnitrix recalibration. It was shown that Azmuth wasn't so fond of how its made, noting that it was incomplete. He also said it was "pathetic workmanship" and was ranting and frustrated with the Evolutionary feature implying that Albedo isn't as skilled in mechanical devices as Azmuth. It is hinted to be eventually replaced by Azmuth's third generation Omnitrix sometime in the future (likely his rebuilt Ultimatrix)
